Processing Time All orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or public holidays. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on your location and chosen shipping method.
- Romania: 1–3 business days
- European Union: 3–7 business days
- Rest of World: 7–21 business days

International Shipping & Customs For orders shipped outside Romania, customs duties, taxes, and import fees may apply. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the order total or shipping cost. Please check with your local customs office for more information.
